If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, I will accept returns and cancellations. Please email info@woolandwisdom.co.uk

You must contact me within 7 days of delivery

Post items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

As many of my items are one off or original designs it is highly unlikely that it could be exchanged on a like for like basis, therefore we would follow the returns procedure.

Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item(s) were purchased in the last 14 days and that they have not been used or damaged.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the return post so an insured, tracked mail service is recommended.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once I have received your returned item, I will email you to notify you that it has been received. I will then assess the returned item and contact you via email of the outcome of this assessment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.

Delivery

Currently I am only dispatching within mainland UK not including NI.

I aim to get all orders dispatched in 1-2 working days (except weekends) and use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for all small parcels.
